Mac Forum / Applications / Word / April 2007Screwed up Envelope Template Default
What did I do wrong? When I go to Envelopes on the Tools menu, enter the Delivery and Return addresses and click OK, the Delivery address appears nearly flushed left. Did I change the template without realizing it? I can manually move the Delivery address to the center of the envelope, but now I have to do that for every single envelope. Can anyone tell me how to change the default so the Delivery address is centered? Thank you. -Jeff Hi Jeff - You may have changed the default setting somewhere along the line. See if it helps going to Tools>Envelopes, click the Position button. Notice whether the From Left value is something other than Auto, then click Reset. If that doesn't help, go back & set the position to a different value, click Reset again. Should that still not put it where it should be there could be a damaged preferences file that needs to be replaced. Post back if necessary.
