If you need a generic memo template, have a look at Mactopia, Microsoft's
Macintosh website, where you can browse and download many templates:

If, however, you need to use a specific template, see if you cannot copy the
template from someone else's PC and then use it on your Mac.

Once you download it (it will appear as 01012927.cab) you'll need to expand
the file using StuffIt Expander. In the resulting folder, rename the
01012927.dot file as Professional Memo.dot & put it in your Office Templates
folder - I'm not sure about specific location as I don't have Office X
installed - but I believe it is;

Applications/Office for Mac install folder/Templates/My Templates
