Could someone suggest how I might resolve the following problem. I
live in Ontario, Canada. However everytime I type an address that
contains my Province "Ontario" it automatically in Ontario Provincial
Police. How do I remove this from the automatic fill in list?
Thanks in advance.
You might try Tools | AutoCorrect | AutoText, and checking the "exclude
contacts" box.
If that doesn't work, more information, please--
1) which version of Word?
2) When does it fill in? If a yellow box flashes and you hit enter, then
the first tip should work. If you don't see a yellow screentip, but the
changes happens when you hit space or enter, then look in Tools |
AutoCorrect | AutoCorrect for an entry for Ontario in the list in that
dialog.

I am using version 11.3 and you are absolutely right about getting a
yellow box just as I was on the second last letter of Ontario. I
checked the exclude contacts box and that has resolved mt problem.
Thank you that was very annoying.
