Printing from a Microsoft notebook

I used to be able to print my daily notes for my boss, with no problem.
At a certain point ( with no discernible action on my part) the notes
still looked perfectly fine, but the result from printing divided the
page of text in half, giving me two pages.

The page I was trying to print would be a single tab on which I had put
that day's date. How can I return to being able to print the full page
as it looks?

Thanks for any help you may give.

Hi Bliss,

Sorry, I don't quite understand.  Can you describe more carefully what you
mean by "divided the page of text in half, giving me two pages"?  Having a
problem envisioning that.

Can you also state version of Word and OS?  Are these Notebook Layout
documents you are printing, or regular documents?

Thanks,

And next time, could you please just reply once? You sent your last message
13 times. Since you're using Google groups in your browser to post messages,
you need to wait patiently for 3-4 hours to see your post - don't keep
re-sending it.

If you'd prefer that the post arrive sooner, you need to use a newsreader
such as Entourage to write and send news posts. You (and we) will then see
them arrive within about 1-2 minutes.

PLEASE always state which version of Microsoft Office you are using -
**2004**, X  or 2001. It's often impossible to answer your questions
otherwise.

Hi Daiya-

I am using Word 2004 for Mac,version11.3. OSX, version10.4.8.
And Yes!I am trying to print from the notebook. It's a single notebook
page that I'm trying to print and when it prints-it takes the first
half of the page ( or sometimes the heading and the first few sentences
only ) and prints them on one page, then it takes the rest of the text
and prints it on a second page.

I used to be able to print the entire page with no problem. Then it
started doing this.

Thanks for your patient response to my first time use of a group.

Hi Bliss,

Any chance you have a non-continuous section break on your page or some
other odd, hidden punctuation?  Turn on Show/Hide (the pilcrow ¶) and look
for anything out of the ordinary.
