Hi all,
I use Word for Mac and for months have been searching for a keyboard
shortcut that will allow me to minimize all open Word documents in one
go ... this will save me massive amounts of time as I often work with
groups of up to 10 files at a time.

Any help more than greatfully accepted!

Thanks much,
Phojo.

There is a Mac-wide command cmd-opt-m, but Word grabs it for format
paragraph. Changing the shortcut for format paragraph does not help.
I reckon that's a bug in Word. It also hogs ctrl-W

Here are a couple of further suggestions:-
cmd-m with a fast repeat rate (that would be my choice)
option double-click on the title bar of one of the windows
Also, you might like to try "Witch" Get it from versiontracker.com

Of course, if you simply want Word's windows out of your face, there is
cmd-h. That and cmd-opt-h is what I use mostly to keep my lappy's
screen tidy.

If you're meaning you want to just clear the desktop momentarily so you
can look for something on your desktop, try the top key "F11".
