Try to save as and save in Word 2004 for Mac. I want to save it to a
specific folder, but Word won't let me drill down further then documents.
How do I (for example) save something in
documents->Businessfolder->clientfolder?

Hi,

actually, that dialogue which you can see when you open and save files is
generated by Mac OS X (Finder), not Word itself. Nevertheless, can you see
the (normally blue) arrow next to the "Save As" field? Click on that, and
you'll be able to browse your hard disk in a way that's similar to the
Finder's column view.

No.  It's not obvious at all :-)

I had to ask the very same question.  It's a glitch in Apple's UI design: in
an effort to get things "simple" and "uncluttered" they sometimes go too far
and remove essential information.  Those unlabeled disclosure triangles are
one example.  They may be pretty, but I find them pretty useless :-)

Cheers
