Hi...after having upgraded to Tiger I can no longer print from
Word...I've upgraded Word to 10.1.6, and my printer is an HP DeskJet
930C; I've upgraded Tiger to 10.4.4.  When I execute the print command
everything goes as usual, but the paper pops out blank.  Yet I can
still print emails, web pages and from Photoshop.  Can anybody help;
any ideas?
Thanks,
Gary

First, make sure that Word is trying to print to the correct printer.
Watch Print Center to see what's happening. If that doesn't help, maybe
you need to upgrade Word; current version of Word is 11.2.0. Or (this is
a cheap, easy, and sure-fire workaround, though it just a workaround),
print to PDF and then print the PDF. m.

If you've upgraded from Jaguar or Panther directly to Tiger (10.4.X),
you may need to update your printer driver - depending on how you
upgraded, or the driver may need to be reinstalled. The driver 'should'
be included in Tiger, but there have been quite a few that don't seem
to make the cut or cause conflicts if the prior OS-compatible driver is
still installed.
