I have CSV files I am opening in Word, that are All Caps. When I open
the Font menu, the All Caps button IS NOT checked.
Is it possible to convert the text from all caps, to downstyle without
retyping everything?

Thank you

Eric

Select the text, then go to Format>Change Case, select Sentence Case (or
take your pick) & click OK. You may have to do some 'touch-up', but probably
not much. Keyboard can also be used if you select the text & then use
Shift+F3, but you may have to key it more than once to get the case you
want.
