Among the list of things fixed:-
"Improves compatibility with Microsoft Word and Excel 2004, addressing
an issue in which the application could stop responding for several
seconds."

Might interest somebody. I was not seeing that kind of slow down, and I
still don't.

The whole OS seems a bit quicker. Safari seems to fly and Spotlight is
more responsive.

Tiger 10.4.3 fixes what we've been calling the ATSUI issue, where Word would
hang and/or crash, throwing up all kinds of 'font is corrupt' errors. Thank
goodness!

10.4.3 also fixes some right-to-left issues... that gives me hope that
this API will finally be usable and maybe implemented in Office...
