"View" does not appear in the menu bar when I am in Word

Hello Harvey -

Use Tools> Customize Toolbars and Menus - Toolbars page, click the name of
the Menu Bar, then click Reset. That should most likely fix it.

If not, go back to the same dialog & see if View appears on the Menu
Toolbar. If it does, Control+Click it & select Reset Command from the
shortcut menu. Should it still not cooperate, on the Commands page scroll in
the Categories list to select Built-in Menus. Then drag View from the list
of Commands to its rightful position between Edit & Insert.

In the event none of the above rectifies it post back for a deeper dive into
the matter.
