I downloaded XML converter in order to read .docx documents, but I found
that any new document opened at a smaller size, especially in Page Layout
View. I then uninstalled the converter, following the directions provided,
but my problem still exists. Any suggestions?

Many thanks in advance.

Hi Charles,

I'm afraid you will have to be more specific. What exactly do you mean by
"any new document opened at a smaller size, especially in Page Layout View"?
Does smaller refer to font sizes, to graphics, or does it simply refer to
the overall zoom? Which directions did you follow? Did you reinstall the
converter afterwards? Are the changes you mention only noticeable in .docx
documents or do they affect older .doc files as well?

There are times when one works too fast for one's own good: if I had paid
attention to the zoom box percentage, I would have noticed that it appeared
at 75%. Restoring the value to 100 or 125% solved the issue.

My apologies to all for my oversight and unnecessary posting.
