Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard) Processor: intel Whenever I open blank word document, some letters already appears in the document. The letters are "dfdfdfvdbbggf". How can I remove these letters so that they won't appear when I open Word document? You've accidently saved the stuff to your Normal template (the file on which most new files are based).
