Media player wont play online video clips

Hello everyone

here seems to be the problem.

as everyday i go on diffrent humor websites and play thoes funny video such
as www.wimp.com etc

now i used to be able to click on it and it would play in my window now my
media player just closes every single time.
no matter what web site i goto and try every time i click on the file my
media player closes.

no errors or nothing

but it will play my saved files no problem

please help

Please read every other post on this board that mentions that the Windows
Media Player does not stream files under OSX 10.4

Hum... it does for me... I was the news from home every day through a
WMP stream under 10.4.1.
It really seems to depend on some specific characteristics of the stream
(basically, it depends on the options in the .asx file).
