if I open the URL : mms://212.162.69.199/live using WMP for Mac I see it
without audio.

I use SAFARI, I.E. , FireFox, with OS X and ADSL connection.

could be that wmp9 for mac doesn't have Microsoft MPEG-4 Video Codec V2

Nah I tried it and video is indeed just fine. It's the audio codec
that's not supported: Voxware metasound AC10V1
