Windows Media Rights Manager V7 fo Mac

media rights manager V7 for Mac - 18 Apr 2005 10:46 GMT

I have a G4 Powerbook with the latest windows media 9 for OSX

I was sent a movie clip and when I went to play it got this strange message
which i do not understand as I already have the latest player. Maybe someone
can tell me what it means.

Here is the message I got

In order to play this file, you need to upgrade your media player to a
version compatible with Windows Media Rights Manager V7. Select View
Compatible Players below to see a list of compatible media players.

If your current media player does not have a Windows Media Rights Manager V7
compatible version, you should select a different player with the Windows
Media Rights Manager V7 identifier.

It means there is a copyright protection on the file. Digital tRight
Management 7 is not supported on MacOS X. You simply cannot play the
file :-(
