Mac Forum / Applications / Media Player / February 2005Install WMP 7.1 on OS 9.2.2
I've tried to install WMP 7.1 for Mac on My OS 9.2.2 for times.But ev'ry time my iMac will freeze at the step of searching my HDD and 95 itmes left to be installed. My System is OS 9.2.2 (With Jaguar 10.2.8 installed) PowerMacG3 500 MHz Virtual Memory turned on Millions colour displayed > I've tried to install WMP 7.1 for Mac on My OS 9.2.2 for times.But ev'ry time > my iMac will freeze at the step of searching my HDD and 95 itmes left to be > installed. Most of the time, it doesn't actually freeze... It's just that it scans the drive to find proper locations and it takes for ever. Than's especiually true if you have a network drive mounted. There are also sometimes extension conflicts.
