Hello!
I have troubles in viewing .wmv-files through Safari. When I open a wmv-file
directly in the browser, Windows Media application starts and buffer the
requested file. Is there possible to view it as a mpg-ile?

Daniel, a "wmv" file should open with Windows Media in any browser and leaves
you no option to change the format. All that's happening while it's
"buffering" is that data is being loaded into memory for playback at
(usually) 100%. Why would you want to view it as an MPG file? There is no
improvement in its quality and no advantage to it.
George.
