Whenever I try to open up an attachment from someone and it is on windows media I cannot do this as it comes up as this error or something eles and I am not real computer literate... help??? Are you sure you are not talking about the Windows version of WMP ??? That really looks like the error codes they get on Windows... (I'd love to help you but I really know nothing about thye Wiondows version of WMP. THe Mac version is already plenty enough trouble for me ;-)) ).
