Hello everyone & anyone. I'm running Windows XP Professional. And I would
like to know how can I change the icon (or thumbnail) of an .mpeg-4 file set
up to run in Windows Media? In other words, I want to make the icon (or
thumbnail) to be a picture (or frame) from the video so I can recognize the
file more easily when viewing my video files. Thanks for your help and any
responses. Dave D.

You're in the wrong newsgroup then. This is the newsgroup for the Mac
version of WMP.
You should probably repost in the regular WMP newsgroup to find a better
answer :-\
