I've had WMP 9 on my PowerPC G5 and iBook G4 for quite a while and everything
worked fine until I installed RadioShift on the PowerPc G5 which installed
the Flip4Mac player.  I've found that I don't like the way WMP9 content plays
in Flip4Mac (movies take forever to load and I can not fast forward as easily
with Flip as I could with WMP).  I've tried to uninstall Flip4Mac and
reinstall WMP 9 from the Microsoft website, however the WMP 9 for Mac won't
even load.  It bounces in the dock and then crashes.  When I try to play
movies from the website I use, WMP bounces in dock and crashes.  I've also
installed Quicktime Pro on the Power PC.  Does anyone have any suggestions to
get the WMP 9 to stop crashing?  I'm using Leopard 10.5 and newest Safari
browser.  

Funny thing is that WMP 9 works great still on my iBook G4.  The only
difference between the iBook G4 and Power PC G5, was the addition of
Radioshift and Quicktime Pro.  I've deleted the Radioshift from my G5.
