I am running Windows XP Home. I cannot open up WMP. If I uninstall WMP and then reinstall WMP, will I lose all of my music files??? I am not sure if the problem is from ccleaner or Apple's Quicktime update. > I am running Windows XP Home. The uninstaller only takes care of the app itself. Older versions of ccleaner have been known to hose WMP's uninstaller, rendering it effectively useless. Unless you *know* you used the most recent version, from their website rather than a 3rd party file sharing site, then it could be bad news. Quicktime normally associates itself with several file types that WMP may also handle - but that's recoverable if your only problem is that Quicktime opens when you expected WMP to - post back if that's the case and I'll walk you through re-associating WMP with the normal file types it uses that QUicktime might grab.
