Dear all,

get a mime plug-in not installed when I try to play windows media
video-running Mac OS Tiger Version 3 Safari-Have windows player for
Mac installed and Flip for Mac-No windows plug in appears when I check
installed plug ins in browser.

WMP and FLip4Mac conflict usually. I would recommend re-downloading the
latest version of the FLip4Mac QuickTime codecs for WMV and reinstalling
them. They should make sure they deactivate the (completely obsolete)
WMP plug-in in the process,
