Help!! My Windows 2000 media player 9 has suddenly decided it will only open
a single track when mulitple tracks are selected to play like a full
album.This has always worked ok up until now and suddenly something has
mysteriously changed that prevents more than one track at a time being loaded
into the player?
I keep all my music in one folder which sits on the desktop and contains
about 500 albums and normally opening this and then opening a particular
album and selecting all the tracks then telling windows to play it will
automatically open the media player with all the tracks selected for play as
they appear on the album.
Now following this routine sees only one track (usually the last) appear in
the media player as selected for play and the others don't show up?
Any ideas anyone? I have tried a complete uninstall of media player and
re-installing but this made no difference,yet other pc's on my network can
access the same folder without this problem effecting them?
