This seems pretty lame, but when I try to download flip4mac from the following
URL:
http://download.microsoft.com/download/c/8/9/c8951314-e056-404a-8ea8-8744e42594a
a/WM%20Components%202.1.2.72.dmg

I get the following error message:
Safari can’t find the server. Safari can’t open the page
http://download.microsoft.com/download/c/8/9/c8951314-e056-404a-8ea8-8744e42594a
a/WM%20Components%202.1.2.72.dmg

because it can’t find the server “download.microsoft.com”.

This is the only page I have had trouble downloading content from. What's
going on here?

Weird. This must be a DNS issue, because I have no problem whatsoever
downloading it when I click your link from here.

You can either wait for your DNS to update itself, or you can download
the latest beta (pretty stable in my opinion) directly off the Flip4Mac
website:
.3.dmg>

Here's some advice from another user:
-----------------
If comcast is the ISP provider
they are having a problem with the DNS servers. The fix is to go to the
TCP/IP and enter 68.87.64.196 then on the next line type 68.87.66.196.
Click apply and go back to the ms.mac download page and get the update.
