Getting an error in Windows Media Configuration Utility whenever try to start Windows Media Player 10. Following info may be useful... AppName: setup_wm.exe AppVer: 10.0.0.3802 ModName: quartz.dll ModVer: 6.5.2600.2749 Offest: 00026a63 I also get this if trying to install WMP 11. Any help to resolve this much appreciated.
