hi.
I'm probably asking a question which has been asked before but can you use
WMP9 for mac on the new intel machines? I just downloaded it and it came up
with a file called Windws Media.sitx. When I clickes on this file quick time
opened up and said it couldn't play the file. What am I doing wrong?
NK.

WMP has been officially abandonned by MS a long time ago now :-\
There is no MacIntel version and there will probably never be one.
On the other hand, you should probably use Flip4Mac WMV (free player)
instead. THeir package is Universal Binary and offers great Windows
Media support straight in QuickTime and all QuickTime capable
applications.
