Mac Forum / Applications / Media Player / December 2006WAV file has no sound in WMP11
I select the .wav file and WMP11 plays it, but there is no sound. There is sound when other files such as .mp3 play. I looked in the properties of one of the .wav files and the bit rate was very high, as well as the size of the file (1411kbps)/11.1MB) 1min 16 secs long!!!!!! I made the .wav file with Traktor DJ. I also tried to open the file with Audacity to try and convert it, and it opens in Audacity, but there is no waveform (silence) Any ideas would be welcomed!
