They Fricken fixed it! I sent them an email with your advice and it
works now. Dont know for sure if it was in response to my email
because they never replied, but within 2 weeks it was fixed and it
never worked before. Thats good news, thanks for your help.

Yeah, I sent them a rather lenghty e-mail too :-)

Well I don;t know what really pushed them to fix the issue, but in any
case, I'm quite glad they did ;-)
