WMP11 troubles

Ok I downloaded and have used the WMP11 and I really do like it. I however
have a problem, and was wondering if anyone can answer me. When trying to
update the album info, it goes to the database and finds the info. The info
will be complete and have a picture of the album, but after I accept it, it
puts no album art in the WMP11 player. I have to manually go online for most
of my albums and let me tell you I have a ton, and copy and paste it into
each song. Is there something I am doing wrong? I also noticed in the
advanced tag area you can add lyrics to a song. When I add lyrics by copy and
pasting, then click add, it does not save them once you leave that screen.
How do you get it to save them? I am a little frustrated as I really like the
player. Have been using music match but will switch to this if I can get it
to work right. Thank you!!!

Then you must be using Wondows since WMP 11 doesn't exist on MacOS X. I
fear you are in the wrong newsgroup. You should repost in the "regular"
WMP newsgroup...
