I've been having some trouble with my WMP on my Mac.
And I want to uninstall it.

I have read other posts that said to hold down the "alt" button after I try
to empty the components in the trash.

Well I still get all of the locked items that come up.

Is there someone who can help me with this problem?

Then you didn't do it right :-))

press the alt key down (and keep it down) and use your mouse to select
Empty trash from the icon on the Dock. That's a normal option of the
Finder and there is no reason it shouldn't work.
