Hiya, im having a problem downloading version 9 for mac osX. I've downloaded Flip4Mac succesfully that seems to work fine, but i want wm9 to be able to watch live streaming etc. When i download wm9 it comes down but i cannot open the file and get error msg : "safari can't open the file because no available applcation can open it" Do i need to download some other software or do i just accept the fact that i cannot get it? Thanks! HolliePie, I'm new to the Mac world and have no idea about Flip4Mac. However, I did find a website that had me download a program called Stuffit Expander to decompress Windows Media Player 9 Series for Mac. You will have to give them your email address and they will send you the file and instructions to open it. You can get StuffIt Expander from Aladdin Systems. The way I did it was by downloading both the programs from here: <http://www.apple.com/downloads/macosx/video/windowsmediaplayerformacosx.html> Once you do it'll give you all the info you need. What happens when you try??
