corrupt tracks

hello can anyone please help?
l have the n91 nokia phone and l want to send wma pc tracks to it. When l
send tracks, they dont play because they say they are corrupt. Is it possible
to uncorrupt tracks or is it a case of once corrupt always corrupt.

From a Mac?? How did you create the wma tracks?? Do you have Fli4Mac WMV
(registered version)??
