It's possible to find a free site or low cost site to share up to 1 G wmv on
the web ? I need to share continuosly various files.

Spymac seems to be offering 3GB online storage free for 30 days. You
could check out their offer...

Dreamhost have pretty low cost packages, as they don't expect most
punters to actually use their storage allocation : "Crazy domain
insanse" is $8 http://www.dreamhost.com/shared/

Their blog is refreshingly forthright about how it works out for them:
