My question is how to play wm files in server that require user and a pass
to connect in windows appear a pop-up dialog where you can put your name and
pass but in a mac I can not get the pop-up

Most of the time it simply doesn't work. I don't remember if it is a
limitation of WMP or an http 1.0 related bug in the app.
You can try in a different browser (including Explorer for Mac) in case
it is a browser issue. You can also try using the IP address of the
server instead of it's name (in case it is the http 1.0 bug).
