After using VPC 7 for about a month I've developed a error on boot-up.
NTLDR Fatal error 2592, I can't do anything, I can't even get into the
command prompt

See the craah recovery tip at
http://www4.tpgi.com.au/users/aoaug/mac_osx.html#crash
- originally posted by "Bob" on this newsgroup. It referred to VPC6 and
I am not sure if it will work in VPC7. Also check out the links at
http://vpc.visualwin.com/ngfaq.aspx

As far as I am concerned it is essential that whenever you get VPC
working how you want it MAKE A BACKUP OF THE C: (BOOT) DRIVE IMAGE -
preferably to a DVD (see first link above). One day you are going to
need it! This should be a prominent tip on the MS Support page (but I
can't find it there)

Hi Brian,

The NTLDR error you are getting can be resolved in possibly 2 ways.
First you can try the i386 file on the 3rd cd that is included with
vpc 7.0 and try and repair the windows application.
Second you can uninstall/reinstall vpc.
Mount the old drive on to drive 2 on the new pc.
