Gene,
I have a very similar setup and have no problems using my image setup on
another drive. I just put an alias of it in my Documents/VPC Lists folder
and have had no problems.

Howard

I thought I'd save a little money and put it on my old 20 GB iPod. It works,
but I'm thinking I'll have to get a different portable drive. It's really
