Some posts here and a reply by an MS Premier Support specialist
indicate that a drive image created in VPC 2004 (the Windows version)
will work in VPC 7. Has anyone tried it yet? What was the result? (The
neat/odd thing is I took my VPC 6 Windows 2000 drive image to the
office and was easily able to open it in VPC 2004; so, hope springs
eternal.)

The primary differences between the two images is that images created
with VPC Mac 7.0 are build with ACPI turned off, and images built on
VPC 2004 are created with ACPI turned on.
