I use my Powerbook Titanium G4 (400 mz) to do work at home, using my
Wifi router to access my Epson inkjet using printer sharing.  The router
uses ethernet to acc acceses an iMac, which is attached to the printer
via USB.

I recently obtained a copy of Virtual PC 6.1 so that I could complete my
migration to OS X (10.3.9).  I was hoping that I could print documents
from Windows 98 SE on VPC through the Powerbook Belkin Wifi card and the
home network described here.  Should this work?  Do I need to install
the Belking Wifi driver onto Windows 98 itself?

One thing you don't want to do is install drivers in Windows.  A virtual
machine (VM) in VPC will never have a wireless NIC, only the emulated Intel
21140.  You can use or share the Mac's network connection though.
Depending on how your printer is shared on the network, Windows 98 may be
able to see it.  The first thing set up is simply your networking for
Windows, make sure it can see the network/Internet, then try connecting to
the printer.  You'll need to use the Virtual Switch option in VPC instead of
Shared Networking though.
