I run Win2000 on my Mac with VPC. I'm interested in upgrading to XP for
various reasons (compability with an app I want, primarily). I have two
machines, though, and am wondering if I'll have to purchase two copies
of XP in order to do this. Can you help? Thanks!

Yes, you need to purchase 1 license for each machine.

It's really no different than if you had several physical computers.
