OK. So....first, uninstall any vestiges of the bad installation. On the
VPC CD, go to Tools&Manuals and click on Uninstall Virtual PC.
Then, install Virtual PC....when you get to the messages about the
startup items, click on Decide Later. For the Virtual Switch message,
click OK. After you do the reboot, check for Virtual PC in the
Applications folder andthen run the 7.0.2 updater

So I have been having a simular problem. For some reason it doesn't
want to open in the start. The I hit decide later, then it asks me
again and I hit decide later. Then I get a message that the program has
quit unexpectinally. Then it asks if I want to retry or send a report.
When I retry it doesn't work then it asks me if I want to use the new
or origainl settings.
This is driving me mad!
Thanks,

THAT sounds like you're installing on an Intel Mac

You would be right. Is there any way to get this to work or have I just
wasted my money?

VPC won't run on an Intel Mac. If you bought it within the last 45
days, call the Refund Dept at MS......888-673-8624
