I'm trying to figure out how I can increase the memory allocated to
Windows through VPC 6.1. I'm trying to install an application
(MapSource Topo Canada v 2.0) on Windows 2000 Pro that requires > 500
Mb.

Currently on my Mac, Windows has access to only ~450 Mb of memory, and
therefore cannot install the application. I have looked through all
the VPC and Windows preferences for memory sharing, but cannot find
anything related to increasing memory for Windows. I need to figure
out how to enable complete memory sharing, or how I can allocate more
memory to Windows.

Much thanks for any help...

Its not memory you need, but hard drive space.  YOu can't allocate
more.  You need to (1) create a 2nd hard disk image, use a imaging
tool to move your windows to the new larger disk, (2) delete uncessary
files from your Windows disk image to free space (3) add a 2nd disk
image and move/install files there to free up space on the initial
dsik image and have more space for the future.
