Virtual PC 6.1 with a bluescreen

I have a user with Virtual PC 6.1 on Mac OS X 10.3 that is getting a
blue screen every time the application is luanched. I am new to
administrating the Virtual PC product. What should I be looking for
and do in resolving this problem?

check the previous threads on blue screens, its probably the same
issue, the one security update.
