Windows XP from Virtual PC onto Mac Mini?

I bought Virtual PC 7 not too long ago with Windows XP Professional.

I am about to buy a new Mac Mini with Boot Camp... can I install Window
XP Pro from the Virtual PC disks onto the Mac Mini?

No. The version of Windows with VPC is an OEM version and is licensed
to be installed in VPC only.
