USB issues and Windows 2000 Professional...

Hopefully, someone can help with this issue.  I have both Windows XP
Pro and Windows 2000 Professional installed under Virtual PC 7.0.2.
Under Windows XP, inserting a USB Flash Drive, I have no problems
whatsoever, but under Windows 2000 Pro, it will accept the USB Flash
Drive, but under Explorer, when I click to open it, it doesn't do
anything.  Hitting CTRL+ALT+Delete brings up the Task manager and it
informs me that "Explorer is not responding."  What seems to be causing
this?  Like I said, I have no problems whatsoever under XP Pro in VP7.
Thanks for any help.

In PC Settings, under Shared Folders, do you have a checkmark beside
'Removeable Media'?
