Mac Forum / Applications / Virtual PC / November 2006Nothing to Install Error
Hello, I'm running Mac OS 10.4.5 on a Mac Mini G4 1.42 GHz with 1 gig of Ram. I have 16 Gig of free space on this hard drive. The hard drive is one partition. I'm trying to install Virtual PC 7 on this Mac, and when I get to the install screen where I can choose either a custom install, or a Easy Install I can't install either. If I choose Easy Install I get an error message that says there is nothing to install. If I try and do custom I can't put a checkmark in any of the boxes. I have tried to restart my machine, I'm logged in as the Administrator, and yet I continue to get this error message. Any help would be appreciated. Go to the CD drive and open the Manuals and Tools folder. Click on 'uninstall Virtual PC' and remove it. Reboot your Mac and then go through the installation. |
