VPC display freezes on 2nd display upon shifting focus from primary display

Running OSX 10.3.9 on a dual 1.8Ghz G5, VPC 7.0.2.  I have VPC in full
screen mode on my second display.  After I work on the primary display,
especially if I do any text input, and then click on the VPC display,
the VPC display sometimes freezes even though the mouse pointer stays
active and the action the click initiated is actually occuring.
To get the display to update, I must click again in the
primary display before I can go back to working on the second display.
Sometimes at that point, when I click on the second display it freezes
again and I must click on the primary once more. This usually sets
things right, but it has been necessary on occasion to repeat this
process several times before I can work on the second display.

Primary is a NEC VGA 17" CRT running through the DVI port with an
adapter.

Secondary is a Viewsonic DVI 20.1" LCD through the ADC port with an
adapter.

VPC is the only application showing this behavior on the second
display.

Anyone else seen this?  Any one know how to stop it?  It's driving me
nuts when I'm switching back and forth from VPC and Mac applications.

Thanks,

I've seen this happen when moving from the primary mac monitor to the vpc
monitor, and attempting to double click in vpc without first clickiing over
to vpc. never found a resolution, but learned to single click over to vpc on
second monitor after many freezes.

Try pressing and releasing the Command key.  For some
reason, this manages to get Virtual PC to pay attention to
the display again.

That's the simplest way I have hear up yet to get it to "quit that!"

Kinda sad that someone had to figure that out....  ;-)
