I am using VPC 7.02 that I bought without an OS. I have a legit XP Home
disc, but when I get to the point in the install process that it asks
me to agree to the EULA, it tells me to press F8 to agree. But when I
press F8 on my Powerbook G4, I get no reponse, so it aborts the
install. Can anybody think of a workaround?

Do you have other software that is using the F8 key? One that I can
think of is Konfabulator. It uses the F8 key for its Konsposé feature.

Try running Virtual PC without anything else running.

This is a PowerBook.

You have to use the Function key as well as the F8 key.
