When I start Virtual PC every time this process -
"VirtualPCNetworkingServices" always hanged (Activity Monitor), whether
I use the built-in Ethernet port (en0) or Airport (en1). However I
still get network connectivity within the Virtual PC. I'm wondering if
anybody know what happened? I have seen two kernel panics when I use
Virtual PC (7.02) before.

I'm using Microsoft XP SP2 with Virtual Switches networking settings.

Hi,

The program VirtualPCNetworkingServices may appear not
to respond, but that does not mean it actually is a
problem, because that process is not a desktop application
that responds to process management at the Finder level.

I'd be much more worried if the program had most of the
CPU time for more than 10 seconds or the program is no longer
in the process list!  Otherwise, I would be inclined to
think that everything is running fine.
