I'm trying to use a BlackBerry 6280 with VPC 7.01, XP professional and
Tiger 10.4.1 but the BlackBerry  desktop software doesn't see he device
in the USB port (although the virtual machne does).

I can sync to Entourage 2004 with Pocket Mac but I'm using Outlook 2000
as it's way better.

(The device works perfectly on a PC with XP.)

Any workarounds until Microsoft addresses the Tiger and late-version
Panther issues?

Brian, I have a similar issue using Garmin GPSmap 60cs, City Select
North America v6, and trying to connect via USB. The device sees VPC,
and VPC sees the device, but City Select software does not see the
device. Another GPS program I have will not see the device as well.
This unit and software works on a PC with XP.

Wally.
