I have delorme street atlas 2004.  The program itself works fine. but
the GPS unit "the delorme earthmate" does not.  When you plug it in the
light on it does it's start up flash as usual. and if you go to usb
setting it shows up as "delorme USB earthmate"   i check the box to
enable it. and hit ok.  the pinwheel spind then nothing. and the gps
does not work.

Any ideas?

Thanks

Nick

I'm having the identical problem and hope to see a workaround soon.  In
the meanwhile, I'm viewing the maps and current position in SA but
using Cetus to log waypoints and get them over to the Mac.  A bit
cumbersome.

Most USB GPS devices do not seem to work with Virtual PC. I know the
Pharos device does, but I have no experience with the Delorme product.

Garmin GPSmap 60cs USB connect doesn't work.  I'm using Ctiy Select
North America v6, and just upgraded to VPC v702. Still no dice.

Wally.
